We ship only to the US & Puerto Rico.

Our free shipping is fulfilled via USPS Priority and UPS 3-Day Select. (Auctions excluded) Expedited shipping is always available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order with a request for a shipping quote to expedite.

All plants are shipped bare-root with rootball wrapped in long fiber sphagnum moss, unless otherwise indicated.

Orders are typically shipped within (5) business days, with the exception of plants on pre-order.

When we pack your order, we take the utmost care to ensure your plant arrives alive. We pack with heat packs and insulation, (when applicable, please let us know when placing your order if needed) and secure your plant for a gentle ride on its journey to you.

Wicked Plant Co reserves the right to hold orders during periods of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events until safe to resume shipping. 

Live Arrival Guarantee

If your plant becomes lost in transit or is otherwise delayed:

• If your order is delayed by more than 24 hours past the scheduled arrival, please notify us by email at sales@wickedplantco.com or by our contact form so we may assist you.
• Failure to provide notification will void this guarantee.
• Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not extend to package theft. Wicked Plant Co utilizes durable boxes and high-grade security tape to help discourage theft and prevent damage while in transit. Please help us by providing a safe location to ship your plant to.

If your plant arrives dead or **damaged:

• To be eligible for our Live Arrival Guarantee, please provide THREE clear pictures of your product and a brief summary of the issue within 4 hours of the time-stamped delivery by email to sales@wickedplantco.com. Failure to provide documentation within the time frame provided will void this guarantee.
• Products eligible for replacement will be covered by Wicked Plant Co, less shipping. Refunds are granted by STORE CREDIT ONLY, less shipping, on a case-by-case basis per our Guarantee.
• Plants and products being delivered internationally are excluded from our Live Arrival Guarantee. Plants that are being forwarded to other countries are excluded from our Live Arrival Guarantee past initial US delivery. To be eligible for a guarantee on a US delivery, customers must adhere to the policy as stated above.

** NOTE: Pitcher and/or Leaf die-off, during transit or upon arrival, do not constitute damage and can be normal during changes in the environment. Failure to acclimate your new plant properly is not covered under our guarantee. Please review our care tips for properly acclimating and caring for your new plant(s).
